| 摘 要： | 聚己内酰胺的生产过程复杂且影响因素很多；研究了生产工艺中聚合温度、聚合管液位的控制、氧等影响因素，外加剂开环剂、分子量稳定剂以及原材料己内酰胺的纯度对聚己内酰胺质量的影响；为得到高质量的产品，必须严格按工艺要求操作。

| Abstract: | The production process of polycaprolactam is complicated and there are many factors affecting it.The factors that affect the quality of the polycaprolactam are studied,including the polymerization temperature,the liquid surface control of the polymerization tube,oxygen,additives,ring opening agent,molecular stabilizer and the purity of polycaprolactam The process requirement must be meet to produce high-quality products. |
