| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种基于DSP的超声波电机瞬态特性测试系统,着重阐述了上位机、下位机和通信电路的构造及工作原理。选择了T法作为测试方法,并对超声波电机的瞬态特性进行了简单的理论分析。

| Abstract: | A new DSP-based transient response measurement system of ultrasonic motor by describing PC programs,DSP and its peripheral circuit,and interface circuits were introduced.Finally,T method was choosen,and simple analyses of its transient response through theory was given. |
