| 摘 要： | 本文主要研究化学复合镀层在内燃机缸套和活塞环上的应用，在试验过程中摸索出了化学镀的最佳工艺，并且通过对试样不同温度的热处理在MM-200型磨损试验机上观察其磨损情况，本试验结果定将为生产活塞缸套提供重要参考。

| Abstract: | The paper studies application of chemical compound plate on cylinder sleeve and piston ring for internal combustion engine and the optimal technology of chemical plate discovered through test. Samples after heat treatment under different temperature are tested on MM-200 wear device. Test results are good reference for production for piston and cylinder sleeve. |
