摘    要:通过力化学方法制备了纳米CaCO3/ACR母粒,并研究了其对PVC力学性能的影响;通过SEM方法观察了拉伸试样纵断面裂纹的发展情况和冲击脆断面粒子的分布情况。研究结果表明:纳米CaCO3经过丙烯酸丁酯表面处理后再与ACR共振磨处理能有效地改善纳米CaCO3与聚合物之间的界面粘接,使其界面粘接增强,有利于提高复合体系的力学性能。

Abstract:Nano-CaCO_3/ACR composite particles were prepared by mechanochemical methods,and the effects of nano-CaCO_3/ACR composite particles on the mechanical propertites of PVC were studied.The crack propagation in the longitudinal fracture surface and the distribution of particles in the impact brittle fracture surface were investigated for the stretched test piece by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that through co-vibromilling nano-CaCO_3 treated by butyl acrylate with ACR,the interfacial adhesion between nano-CaCO_3 and polymer could be enhanced effectively,and it is favourable to improving the mechanical propertites of PVC composite.
