摘    要:利用80%丙酮提取法测定甜菜叶片中叶绿素含量,结果表明:所研究的材料随生育期的延长其叶绿素含量不断发生变化,总的变化趋势是苗期含量低,然后逐渐升高,到叶丛繁茂期,叶绿素含量达到最高值,随后又逐渐下降,到收获时降到最低。本研究表明,不同材料之间叶绿素含量有差异,但差异不显著。

Abstract:The content of leaf chlorophyll was measured in sugar beet utilizing 80 percent acetone extraction method. The results show that the content of chlorophyll in different materials is in a constant state of flux with the prolongation of growth duration. The total tendency is that the content of chlorophyll is low during the seedling stage. Then it is in the ascendant at last reaches the peak value at phyllome thick growing stage; subsequently, declines gradually and reaches the lowest at harvest. The research showed that the content of chlorophyll was different, but the difference is not prominent in different materials.
