摘    要:测试并分析了45Mn2钢管两种热加工工艺后的机械性能和组织结构,结果证明,运用轧制后吹风控冷强化处理,可以使45Mn2组织中的粗珠光体成分减少,贝氏体组织成分增加,强韧性得到改善.

Abstract:The mechanical properties and microstructure are tested and analyzed for 45Mn2 pipe with the two heat treatment process. The result proves that the amount of pearlite is decreased and bainite is increased in the microstructure. These will improve the strength and toughness of the tapping bar.
