谐振腔中等离子体灯泡对微波参数的影响

摘    要:在微波工程应用中,可在微波谐振腔中加载内含易电离物质的无极灯泡,利用微波能量激发灯泡内物质电离并通过粒子的能级跃迁发光。而无极灯泡中电离形成的等离子体会造成微波的相位偏移、振幅衰减、频率偏移等多种效应,并改变谐振腔的谐振频率,为此分析了无极灯泡内的等离子体对微波参数的影响。

Abstract:In microwave engineering it is feasible to place a electrodeless lamp containing substance that is easy to ionized in microwave resonator,stimulate the substance contained in the lamp to be ionized utilizing microwave energy and radiated due to energy transition.The plasma formed in the ionization of the substance in the electrodeless lamp will result in various effects,such as phase shift,amplitude attenuation,frequency shift,and change the resonance frequency of the resonator.Consequently the influence of plasma in the electrodeless lamp on microwave parameters is analyzed.
