塑料用阻燃涂料及影响阻燃性因素的研究

摘    要:塑料用阻燃涂料包括底漆和面漆,底漆主要由含氯树脂、膨胀型阻燃剂、助剂等组成,面漆主要由含氯树脂、颜填料、助剂等组成。本文阐述了阻燃原理,从阻燃剂体系、P/B、涂膜厚度对阻燃性的影响以及热损失重与温度的关系、热传导温度与时间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,通过塑料表面喷涂膨胀型阻燃涂料氧指数≥30,达到了阻燃目的。

Abstract:Coatings for plastic includes primer and finish. Primer is composed of chlorine containing resin,intumescent flame retardant,and additives; Finish is composed of chlorine containing resin,pigment and additives. This paper narrates the fire-proofing mechanism,the influence of flame retardant,P/B and film thickness on fire-retardant property,the relation of thermal weight loss and temperature and the relation of heat conduction temperature and time,getting the result that plastic surface sprayed by intumescent fire-retardant coatings,its oxygen index can be ≥30,getting the aim of proofing flame.
