| 摘 要： | 归纳总结了目前关于纳豆激酶溶栓活性测定的各种方法，并简介人体溶栓过程的生理学背景和医学上检查血栓病情的各种常用方法，发现有待继续研究并建立一种更精确、更灵敏、更简便、更经济的NK溶栓活力的测定方法。

A detecting method of NK activity of more precise, sensitive, convenient and economic is to be studied and set up. |
