摘    要:简要分析了单吸式高压离心通风机叶轮工作时产生轴向推力的原因及危害.通过对模型试验风机叶轮增加后盘附叶片前后,介质气体对叶轮及主轴和轴承所产生的轴向推力的检测,明确了增加附叶片对减小风机轴向推力的作用及对产品性能优化改造的实际意义.

Abstract:The causes and aftereffect of axial thrust that rising from working impellers of single-suction high-pressure centrifugal fans is analyzed simply. By comparing the testing results of axial force produced by medium at impeller, main shaft and bearings before and after adding a disc blade on the experimental model fan, how the adding accessional blade can reduce axial thrust and the practical significant to the optimized reform of the product performance is showed.
