摘    要:我国第一套国产化可控串补(TCSC)装置于2004 年12月22日在甘肃省陇南电力局220kV成碧线成功投入运行,该装置的控制与保护系统由中国电力科学研究院自主研发。文章在简要介绍TCSC基本原理及运行模式的基础上阐述了该套装置的保护配置,并说明了在现场进行人工接地短路试验时保护动作的情况。

Abstract:The first domestically manufactured thyristor controlled series compensation (TCSC) device for 220kV power transmission line from Cheng County to Bikou in Gansu Province was put into operation successfully on December 22, 2004. The control and protection system of this device was independently developed by China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI). Here, after briefly introducing the fundamental principle of TCSC and its operating modes, the configuration of the protection for this device is expounded, and the action of the protection during on-site artificial grounding fault test is presented.
