| 摘 要： | 地表水资源是人类可以利用的水资源的构成主体,其状况与分布特性对一个地区的人文生存环境及经济发展水平有着重要的影响.本文利用抚顺地区实测的水文径流资料,经过整理、插补、统计及分析,从地域分布、时序变化等多个角度和方面对全市的地表水资源状况进行了详细的阐述和评价,为合理开发利用水资源,促进社会经济的快速发展,提供了科学的依据.

| Abstract: | The surface water resources is the main part of available water resources,its situation and distribution characteristics have important influence to the local humanistic survival environment and economic development level.The paper describes and evaluates in detail water resources situation of Fushun city from multiple aspects such as regional distribution and temporal variation,and provides the scientific basis to promote the economic development and reasonable utilization of the water resources. |
