| 摘 要： | 从渝东南地区落后的社会经济状况、区域环境特征和水土流失现状等方面论述了渝东南地区搞好水土保持的必要性和可行性,并通过林浆纸产业化项目、能源替代改造工程等阐述了水土保持产生的巨大社会、经济和生态效益,说明了该地区水土保持工程既防治了水土流失,又拉动了地方经济发展,是建设社会主义新农村的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Chongqing in terms of the lagging social-economic conditions,the regional environmental characteristics and the status of soil and water lose.Ecological restoration is of great benefit to social,economic and entironment.For example industrialization project of rag paper loaded with wood fiber,energy substitution and change project,It is said that ecological restoration not only prevents soil and water lose but also increases the development of provincial economy. |
