沙丘形围壳对潜艇流场影响的数值模拟

摘    要:以SUBOFF模型为例,针对其围壳形状进行沙丘化改进,采用CFD数值计算方法对比了2种不同沙丘形围壳与母型围壳的阻力和尾部伴流分布情况,初步提出了潜艇指挥室围壳优化方案;计算结果表明:对于指挥室围壳阻力,方案1与方案2围壳较母型围壳的减阻率均能达到33%左右;对于潜艇总阻力,方案1与方案2的潜艇总阻力较母型潜艇减阻率均能达到3.5%左右;在较低进流速度下,方案2的减阻率要略高于方案1;在较高流速下,方案1在桨盘面处流场的均匀性较好于母型和方案2;针对沙丘形围壳对阻力和尾部伴流场的影响进行了初步探索,验证了可以通过改变围壳形状达到减阻和均匀尾流场的目的,为指挥室围壳形状优化提供了新的思路。

Abstract:Modification of the shape for the sail of the SUBOFF model was carried out and two different touradon shaped sails were obtained. Through numerical calculation by using the CFD method, the resist- ance and wake field of the couple touradon shaped sail and the basic model are obtained. A optimization scheme for the shape of the sail was presented. The results show that: in terms of the resistance, the re- duction rate of the resistance of the sail was up to 33%. When it came to the reduction rate of the resist- ance of the submarine, it was about 3.5%. When the flow rate is low, the first plan' s reduction of the rate of the resistance is slightly higher than the second plan; when the flow rate is high, the uniformity of wake field of the first plan was better than second plan and the basic plan. In this paper, a preliminary ex- ploration of the effect of the touradon shaped sail on the resistance and wake field was implemented. The resistance can be reduced and the wake field can be uniformed by using this method which can be applied to optimize the design of the submarine sail.
