| 摘 要： | 针对轿力使用精密塑料件的要求，指出塑料材料，注塑设备与模具，注塑工艺是影响精密注塑的主要因素；并就合理确定模具的尺寸与公差，防止产生成型收缩率误差，以及模具精度的保持等精密塑料件成型模具的设计要点分别作了细致阐述并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Extensive application of the injection molding in the processing technology was introduced. Design gist of the forming mould for the precise plastic part of the saloon car industry was introduced in detail. The rational dimension and tolerance of the injection mould and preventing from producing shrinkage errors in the forming mould was analyzed in detail. |
