| 摘 要： | 根据１９３９－１９９０年５２年的水文资料和具有代表性水文测站的典型洪、旱实例，较详细地分析了四川省洪、旱规律及特点，并运用水文资料深入际探讨了洪、旱成因及规律。对于洪、旱灾害的预报，减少洪、旱灾害的经济损失，具有一定的实用价值。

| Abstract: | According to the past 52 years , hydrological data during 1937-1990 and typical examples of floodand drought obtained from representive hydrological stations,regularity and charateristics of flood anddrought are analyzed in detail.Causes and regalatity of flood and drought are studied thoroughly with meteo-rological and hydrological data.It is practical for forecasting of flood and drought and decreasing economicloss resulted from flood and drought disasters. |
