| 摘 要： | 探讨低配棉转杯纺弱捻纱的生产工艺。针对低级棉和再用棉短绒多、含杂高等特点,对前纺开松、梳理及牵伸等工艺进行了合理配置,并根据弱捻纱的纺纱特点对转杯纺转杯直径、速度、捻系数、阻捻盘等关键工艺参数进行了优选,采取措施减少管间条干、捻度差异、消除机械波,结果顺利地纺出了36.4 tex转杯纺弱捻纱,满足了使用要求。
