油页岩燃烧污染物排放特性的影响因素分析

摘    要:在小型热态流化床燃烧实验台上,研究了循环倍率、床料高度、二次风率对油页岩流化床燃烧过程中SO2、NO、NO2、NOx等污染物排放特性的影响。结果表明,在循环倍率为6、床料高度为炉膛高度的5%时各种污染物排放量相对最低,流化床在此工况下运行最合理;随循环倍率的增加,SO2浓度急剧下降,而随床料高度的增加,各排放气体浓度均有上升,但是上升的幅度不明显;随二次风率的增加,NO、NO2、NOx排放量均下降,但SO2排放量有所增加,二次风率应以40%~50%为宜。

Abstract:A hot experiment of gaseous pollutants was carried out with Huadian oil shale samples by using an oil shale-fired circulating fluidized bed (CFB) laboratory-setup. The effect of circulation ratio, bed material height, secondary air ratio on SO2, NO, NO2 emissions was studied, from which the optimum operating condition for the lowest gaseous pollutants emissions from CFB was recommended: circulation ratio of 6, bed material height of 5% of boiler height. With the increasing of the circulation ratio, the SO2 concentration decreases rapidly. With the increasing of the boiler height, the pollutant concentrations all increase a little. NO, NO2, NOx generation quantity decrease with the increasing of secondary air ratio, but SO2 generation quantity increase with the increasing of secondary air ratio. This study has proved that approximately 40%~50% for the secondary air ratio is appropriate.
