摘    要:以聚乙烯超高压反应器在交变载荷条件下自增强残余应力衰减为研究对象,通过对残余应力衰减原因的系统分析,选择了交变载荷使自增强残余应力快速衰减的方式,建立了实验装置,测量记录了自增强残余应力衰减过程中反应器外壁应力的变化数据,通过回归分析,找出了自增强残余应力衰减时外壁应力的变化规律。

Abstract:This article takes self-enhancement residual stress attenuation of the LDPE tubular reactor under the condition of alternating load as subject to systematically analyze the reason of residual stress attenuation,set up an experimental installation with a manner of selecting alternating load to make self-enhancement of residual stress attenuation.A varied residual stress data of reactor external wall was measured and recorded during the process of self-enhancement residual stress attenuation.And stress varied...
