摘    要:采用机床CAD软件对机床床身进行了三维实体建模,确定了相应的边界条件,应用通用有限元软件对机床床身的热特性以及热变形进行了有限元分析.对各参数,包括热源、约束、重力等对各部件和床身整体热变形的影响作了分析和比较.根据分析结果,对相应的约束进行调整,达到对机床床身整体热特性的参数优化.

Abstract:A three-dimensional model of machine tool bed was established with CAD software. After confirming boundary conditions, the thermal characters and deflections of machine tool bed were calculated with finite element analysis software. The influence of the parameters such as thermal source, restrictions, gravity etc. on the machine tool bed and parts of it was analyzed and compared. According to the analysis result, some restrictions were changed to optimize the thermal characters of machine tool bed.
