柳林电厂410t/h锅炉水冷壁腐蚀原因分析及预防

摘    要:针对柳林电厂410t/h高压锅炉水冷壁腐蚀情况进行原因分析,认为炉内燃烧组织不佳、局部缺氧燃烧严重,当煤粉中硫的含量较大时还原性气氛形成的高温腐蚀。通过采用热喷涂、燃烧调整有效地解决了水冷壁的高温腐蚀。

Abstract:It analyzes the reasions of heat decay in the Cold Water Wall in the 410 t/h high pressure Boiler of LiuLin power plant.That the burn states in Boiler is not good,the anoxia burn in some parts is very serious,the sulphur component in coal is very much,are the main reasions of heat decay.The question of heat decay is settled efficiently by the way of electricity sprays to draw and the burn adjusting.
