循环流化床锅炉技术的现状及发展前景

摘    要:简要介绍了国外循环流化床锅炉技术的发展现状,重点讨论了近年来国内循环流化床锅炉技术的研究进展,分析指出了循环流化床锅炉技术的发展趋势。循环流化床锅炉未来将朝着大型化超临界、深度脱硫与脱硝、能源综合利用等方向发展。目前,我国已掌握150MWe及以下各种容量级循环流化床锅炉的设计和制造技术,并通过技术引进开始了300MWe容量级CFB锅炉的生产,未来将大力发展600MWe以上超临界参数锅炉技术。图2表4参16

Abstract:The present state of the circulating fluidized bed boiler technology (CFBB) is being reviewed,research development in China in the last years discussed in special and developmental tendencies critically mentioned.Circulating fluidized bed boilers are going to develop towards larger capacity, adoption of supercritical parameters,intensified desulphurization and denitrification as well as multi-purpose utilization.At present,China has already mastered design and manufacturing technology of circulating fluidized bed boilers of capacities below 150 MWe and has stated to produce CFB boilers of 300MW with the help of licensed technology.Future potent developnent of technology for supercritical biilers above 600MWe can be expected.
