蚕茧定价模式的分析与探讨

蚕茧的价值直接影响农民种桑养蚕的积极性，影响蚕茧供应的数量和质量，决定了工业生产的成本和生丝的市场供应价格。它的定价合理与否，直接关系到整个丝绸行业的稳定与发展。我国蚕茧的价格一直由国家统一制定。在市场经济体制日益完善的情况下，应尽量减少政府干预，但不等于不要宏观控制和对特定商品适度的干预。价格由市场需求自动调节这一定价模式并不适应蚕茧这一特定商品。借鉴日本的经验，结合我国茧丝绸业的生产实际，文章提出了蚕茧价格主要由市场需求自动调节，同时建立储备制度和最低限价措施以稳定市场价格、促进行业健康发展的定价模式。

Investigations on CocoonPricing Model

Cocoon value has direct bearing on farmers' enthusiasm in mulberry growing andsilkworm breeding, and the supply quantity and quality of cocoons. It is also a decisive factor for industrial production cost and the State fixed raw silk marketing price which is closely related to the steadiness and growth of silk industry. With the market oriented economic system perfecting, government interference should be minimized. However, macro economic control and moderate interference with specific commodities should not be overlooked. Market demand based self adjustable pricing model alone does not suit the specific commodity of cocoons. According to the Japanese experience and in consideration of China's actual conditions of cocoon and silk sector, the pricing model should be complemented by commodity reserves and floor price system so as to promote the healthy development of the sector.
