| 摘 要： | 结合润滑油抗泡沫性能测定法及表面活性剂的基本理论对润滑油抗泡剂的作用机理进行了探讨。认为润滑油抗泡剂的作用机理并非通常认为的是降低液体与空气界面间的表面张力,提出能够降低润滑油生成泡沫能力的抗泡剂应具有增加油品泡沫的表面张力或降低泡沫表面膜强度及韧性的性能,并对其原理进行了详细叙述。本文还对目前广泛使用的三种类型润滑油抗泡剂,有机硅聚合物、非有机硅聚合物及复合抗泡剂进行了简单介绍。

| Abstract: | According to the determination method of foaming characteristics for lubricating oils and the principles of surfactant,the defoaming and antifoaming mechanism of antifoamer for lubricating oils is described.The author doesn＇t think that the mechanism of antifoamer for lubricating oils is debasing the surface tension of the interface of liquid and air.It is pointed out that the antifoamer for lubricating oils should possess the abilities of enhancing tension or debasing intensity and tenacity of foam surface.And its principle is described in detail.Finally,the properties of organic silicone antifoamer,non silicone antifoamer and compounded antifoamer are presented briefly also. |
