基于有限元分析的初轧机机架滑板联接结构改进

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对某初轧机机架进行了有限元分析,计算初轧机机架的应力和变形特性,找到原有结构设计的薄弱环节。在此基础上改进设计,并将新的设计方案与原有设计进行对比研究,结果表明改进方案可行,这些结果可应用于轧机机架设计和设备改造中。

Improvement of Plank Connection for Blooming Mill Housing Based on Finite Element Analysis
Abstract:The finite element analysis is carried making use of the software ANSYS in allusion to the blooming mill housing,the stress and distortion characteristics of the blooming mill housing are calculated and the weak place of the former structure is found.Then based on above the design is improved.At the same time,the comparison research is carried between the new design and the former one.The result indicates the method is feasible,and the result can be applied to blooming mill housing design and improvement.
