大型及超大型电动机起动方法之比较与优选

摘    要:过去,大型及超大型电动机的起动不外乎有三种方法:自耦变压器减压起动,独立变压器供电直接全压起动及高压变频器软起动。每种起动方法都各有特点,但在不同方面不同程度上都存在着缺陷。开关变压器技术就是把变压器与可控硅相结合,构造为一个耐高压、大容量的电力电子开关,它可以应用在许多超大功率场合,对其传输功率进行控制。它具有高可靠性、高性能、大容量的优点,给人们提供了一种新的选择。本文将它做为大型及超大型高压电动机起动的优选方法。

Abstract:In the past,there are only three methods to start large capacity motor,which all have their respective characteristics and limitations in certain aspects and various degrees.They are autotransformer low-voltage starter,high-voltage transducer soft-starter and a dedicated transformer for the motor starting directly on line.Switching transformer high-voltage generator soft-starter is a new option,because of its high reliability,high performance and large capacity.This technology combines transformer and controllable silicon to make an electrical switch with high-voltage resistance and large capacity.It can be used in many super large power situation and control the transferred power.This paper considers it an optimal starting method for large and super-large motors.
