| 摘 要： | 采用模块式消化、全自动凯氏定氮仪测定食品中的蛋白质含量,对于食品中蛋白质含量3%-80%范围均能获得良好的结果。与经典凯氏法比较,测定结果令人满意,且该方法快速、准确。

| Abstract: | Using block digestion and kjeltec auto analyzer determine the protein content of foodstuffs, excellent results are obtained with the protein content range from 3% to 80%. Comparing this method with the traditional kjeldahl method, the result is satisfactory, this method is quick and accurate. |
