摘    要:为快速、无损获取作物生理信息,研制了一种低成本作物叶绿素检测仪;叶绿素仪主要由光发射装置、光强度检测装置、显示控制及支架装置等组成;发射光选用了对叶绿素含量敏感的650nm和940nm波长的LED,系统微处理器选用了自带12位A/D转换器的MSP430F149;在实验基础上,建立了系统的二元二次回归模型,并将二元二次回归模型转化为了多元线性回归模型。实际应用表明系统测量准确,并具有极高的稳定可靠性,与SPAD-502Plus测量值比对,最大误差不超过0.42%,检测仪具有很强的推广应用价值。

Abstract:A low cost crop chlorophyll detector was developed for quick nondestructive detecting crop physiology information.Chlorophyll meter was made up mainly by LED light emission device,the transmitted light intensity detection device,display control system and stent device.And the 650nm and 940nm wavelengths lights were selected for their chlorophyll content sensitive feature.With a 12-bit A/D converter,the MSP430F149 was adopted as the microprocessor.Based on the experiment,a binary quadratic regression model was established,and the model was transformed multiple linear regression model.Actual application results show that the system measured accurately,and had a very high stability,reliability and a strong promotional value.
