电容式膛压测试仪的设计

摘    要:针对现有放入式电子测压器所遇到的问题设计了一种基于电容式的火炮膛压测试仪,该测压器利用壳体本身作为压力敏感元件,将压力信号的改变通过瞬变小电容转换电路转换为电容值的变化,利用差动式直流充电法将电容信号转换为单片机可以采样存储的电压信号;该测试仪体积小、电池供电、功耗低、能承受0~600MPa的压力,无需外部引线;试验证明采样频率达到100kHz,适合火炮膛压测试,为解决现有测压器价格昂贵,体积偏大的问题提供了可行的方案。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems in the exiting internal electronic pressure gauge,the paper gave the design of chamber pressure of artillery measure instrument based on capacitive,This pressure measuring device using the shell itself as a pressure sensitive components,it converted the change of pressure signal to the capacitance variable quantity through the transient decrescent capacitance conversion circuit,and change it to voltage signal that could be sampled and storaged by microcontroller through differential dc charging method.The instrument has characteristics of small volume,battery power,low power consumption,bearing pressure between 0 to 600 Mpa,without external lead.Experiments that sampling frequency reach 100kHz and it is well suitable for measuring chamber pressure.The instrument offers feasible solutions for the deficiency of high price and large volume in the exiting piezo gauge.
