边远岛气压温湿集成测量系统设计

摘    要:气压、空气温湿度是海洋气象的重要观测内容;介绍了采用新型压力传感器MS5534C和温湿度传感器SHT15构成的集成测量系统在边远海岛气象监测中的一个应用实例,描述了这两个传感器的基本特性及其与微控制器C8051F120的硬件接口设计和软件控制方法;给出了RS-485总线接口电路设计、软件设计及其集成方法;系统经检定表明,气压的最大误差是-0.29hPa,温度的最大误差是-0.19℃,湿度的最大误差是-3%,优于项目的设计指标;实际应用证明,该系统具有精度高、功耗低、维护方便和可靠性高的特点。

Abstract:Air pressure,air temperature&humidity are important marine meteorological observation contents.An application instance in remote islands meteorological monitoring system based on use of the new pressure sensor MS5534C and the temperature&humidity sensor SHT15 is introduced.Article describes the basic characteristics of these two sensors and interface technique with the microcontroller C8051F120,gives the software control methods.Article introduces the RS-485 bus interface circuit design,software design in detail and the approach to system integration.System test shows that the maximum pressure error is-0.29hPa,the maximum temperature error is-0.19 ℃,the maximum humidity error is 3%,better than the project’s design specifications.Practice has proved that the measuring system has the characteristic of high precision,low power consumption,easy maintenance,high reliability.
