基于iFIX的立体仓库监控系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对立体仓库控制与管理自动化的需要,充分利用GE智能平台的技术优势,介绍了基于iFIX和PACSystems的立体仓库监控系统的总体结构,并重点阐述了监控系统的通信配置和组态监控系统程序设计与实现的过程及方法;本监控系统实现了对立体仓库现场设备的实时监控与管理;系统结构简单、实时性好、颇具灵活性;系统界面友好,能逼真观察系统运行过程,实用性较强;同时提供历史数据和报警信息查询,满足系统自动控制与管理的要求,具有一定实用价值;该系统具有开发周期短、可靠性高、功能完善和可视性好等优点。

Abstract:Being aimed at the needs of the control and management automation of AS/RS and taking full advantage of GE intelligent platform’s technology,the configuration of the AS/RS monitoring and control system based on iFIX and PAC Systems is introduced,the communication settings of monitoring and control system and process and method of system software design and implementation are mainly described.The monitoring system realizes the real-time monitoring and management of the AS/RS field equipment.The system structure is simple,real-time and flexible.The system interface is friendly and practical,which can realistically observe the system operational process.Meanwhile,it can provide historical data and alarm information inquiry,which meets the system requirements of automatic control and management and therefore has a certain practical value.The system has advantages of short development cycle,high reliability,perfect function and good visibility.
