盾构机刀盘驱动系统同步控制技术的研究

摘    要:以某大型盾构机为例,从刀盘驱动机械系统,电气系统两个方面简要地描述了盾构机刀盘驱动系统的构成;然后重点讨论了同步控制在刀盘驱动中的重要性,并分析主从式同步控制和并行同步控制两种典型控制策略的优劣性;最后阐述了并行控制策略在刀盘驱动中的具体实现。变频电机驱动方式关键要解决各电机负载平衡问题,通过对变频器的无传感矢量速度控制及多电机同一负载平衡专用功能参数F320的应用,有效地实现了各电机速度同步、力矩平衡的目标。

Abstract:This paper is based on a large Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM).First of all,briefly introduces the structure of cutter head driving system by mechanical system and electrical system;secondly,with the emphasis on discussing the significance of synchronous control,and then analyses the quality of two typical strategies: Master-slave control and parallel control;finally,elaborates the realization of parallel strategy on cutter drive.The mode driven by VFD and motor is key to solve the distribution of load equally.The synchronous speed and balanced torque are verified by the application of sensor-less vector control and sharing load function on Variable Frequency Device(VFD).
