钢骨-钢管高强混凝土轴压组合柱受力性能的试验研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种重载柱设计的新模式,即钢骨-钢管混凝土组合柱。这种组合柱是在钢管混凝土的基础上内部埋设钢骨。通过13根组合柱的轴心受压试验,研究了这种新型组合柱的受力性能。试验研究结果表明,在钢管混凝土中加入钢骨后,可有效地提高柱子的承载力,并能在一定程度上延缓或抑制混凝土中剪切斜裂缝的产生,从而提高柱子的延性,而组合柱的承载力和延性则随长细比的增大而下降。基于试验研究结果,本文给出了适用于这种新型组合柱的承载力计算公式。

Abstract:A new design model for steel concrete composite columns, i.e.steel tubular column filled with steel reinforced concrete, was established. In this kind of steel concrete composite column, steel section was inserted into concrete filled steel tube. The test results of 13 axially loaded high strength concrete composite columns were presented and their mechanical behavior were studied. The results showed that the composite column has higher load bearing capacity and excellent ductility. Cracks in concrete can be put off or avoided effectively because of the existence of steel section. The ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of the composite column decrease with the increase of slenderness ratio. Based on the test results, formulas for predicting the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite column are proposed.
