摘    要:介绍了在4天内采用控制爆破技术拆除14层剪力墙框架结构办公楼的成功实例。由于环境十分复杂,为了确保按预定方向倾倒并充分解体,采用了“单向折叠、空中解体、微差延时”的爆破方案,导爆管雷管和电雷管相结合的微差爆破网路,以及预处理、安全防护等技术措施。

Abstract:The paper introduced an actual operation of demolition of office building in frame structure with 14 stories through controlled blasting technology.Since the environment of the build was quite complicated,the blasting adopted an operation program named"folding in one direction-collapsing in the air-millisecond delay ignition".In this program the ignition net was a millisecond blasting one in which the leading detonator and electric detonator were combined used.The paper also discussed the technical measures like pretreatment and safety protection in the blasting demolition.
