摘    要:综述了模具加热与温控技术对注射成型工艺和塑件质量的影响,从原理上分析和比较了注射模几种先进的加热与温控方法,总结出各自的优缺点,展望了模具加热与温控技术的发展方向。

Abstract:The effect of heating and temperature control technology of mould on the injection molding process and plastic part quality was summarized.Comparison and analysis on principles of several advanced heating and temperature control methods for injection moulds have gained their advantages and disadvantages.The development trend of the heating and temperature control technique was predicted.
