摘    要:针对APMP废水中COD、BOD含量高的特点,结合厌氧-好氧生化处理法,设计了基于S7-300 PLC的APMP制浆废水处理过程控制系统。

Abstract:According to the characteristic of high contents of COD, BOD of the APMP wastewater, the wastewater treatment system adopts anaerobic-aerobic process and the process control system is designed based on S7-300 PLC. Aiming at the control difficulty of pH value and dissolved oxygen value of the aeration tank, the paper introduces united control of pH value with fuzzy feedforward and non-linear gain PID and the control of dissolved oxygen value of the aeration tank in detail. The control algorithm is reliable and feasible, and the control system functions very well.
