摘    要:对氯化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑中纤维素氨基甲酸酯的合成方法进行研究,通过凯氏定氮实验确定产物含氮量,分析影响产物含氮量的因素;运用傅里叶变换红外光谱确定产物结构.结果显示:产物含氮量随活化时间、尿素溶液浸泡时间的延长以及酯化温度的升高增加明显;最佳合成条件为活化时间6h、尿素溶液浸泡时间16h、酯化温度150℃.

Synthesis of Cellulose Carbamate in 1-Butyl-3-Methylimidazole Chloride

Abstract:The synthetic method of cellulose carbamate in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole chloride were studied and the nitrogen content of modified cellulose was mensurated by Micro-Kjeldahl method. The factors effect on the nitrogen content of the products were analysed. The structure of modified cellulose was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the nitrogen content of the cellulose carbamate evidently increases with the protracting of the activation time, marination time of urea solution and the increasing of the esterification temperature. The optimal synthesis condition is that activation time is 6 h,marination time of urea solution is 16 h,and the temperature of esterification is 150 ℃.
