基于RFID的阀控式铅酸蓄电池测试维护系统

摘    要:采用射频识别(RFID)技术、蓄电池在线内阻测试技术、虚拟仪器技术和数据库技术,构建了全新的阀控式铅酸蓄电池测试及维护系统,并完成了系统的软、硬件设计.该系统解决了阀控式铅酸蓄电池容量测试费时费工、不易管理电池和判断劣化电池的问题.实验表明,该系统有效提高了阀控式铅酸蓄电池测试和维护的效率,提高了电池判断的准确度,节省了电池测试和维护的成本.

Abstract:RFID technology,on-line battery internal resistance monitoring technology and virtual instrument host computer scheme with database technique was adopted to establish an original VRLAB detection and maintenance system,whilst the software and hardware design was completed. The problems of wasting time and workforce exist in the VRLAB when detecting battery capacity were solved by the current system. In the meantime,battery maintenance and estimate of the impaired capability could also be achieved. Experiments show that the current system could improve the efficiency of capacity measurement and maintenance of the VRLAB ,improve the discretion accuracy and save the cost.
