| 摘 要： | 通过焊接工艺评定，确定焊接工艺规范，在常压塔内件焊接中采用不锈钢药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊，与手工焊条电弧焊比较，具有焊缝质量好，焊接效率高，生产成本低的特点，说明了此工艺方法是行之有效的。

| Abstract: | Compared with shielded metal/ic arc welding, by and according to the Welding Procedure Qualification Record and Welding Procedure Specification, the method of CO2 shielded arc welding with stainless flux-cored wire on the internals of atmospheric column, presents a better performance in the respects of weld quality and welding efficiency at a lower cost, which is proven to be a more practicable and useful process in the welding work. |
