盘式制动器的原理与应用

摘    要:桥式起重机起升机构制动器的摩擦零部件,以一定的作用力压紧机构中某一根轴上的制动轮,产生制动力矩,利用这个制动力矩使物体质量和惯性力等所产生的力矩减小,直至两个力矩平衡,达到调速或制动的要求。盘式制动器由于制动转矩大,性能稳定可靠,外形尺寸小,磨损小,正广泛应用在起重机械设备上。

Abstract:The bridge-type hoist crane hoisting mechanism brake's friction spare part, by certain action compaction organization on some axis's brake pulley, has the braking moment, uses this braking moment to cause the moment of force which the object quality and the force of inertia and so on produce to reduce, until two equilibria of moments, achieves the velocity modulation or the brake request. Because the disc brake the brake torque is big, the stable property is reliable, the external dimensions are small, wear are small, widespread application on hoisting machinery equipment.
