复杂环境下铁路路堑控制爆破开挖技术

摘    要:结合某铁路建设的工程实例,介绍了控制爆破技术在复杂环境下进行路堑开挖中的应用.运用控制爆破理论并结合现场工程实际,采用了大孔距小抵抗爆破技术并取定了合理的爆破参数,通过选取合理的最小抵抗线方向和充填长度,达到控制爆破飞石的目的;通过优化爆破参数、装药结构和特殊地段,采用“逐孔起爆”技术,大大降低了爆破震动;对路堑边坡采用预裂爆破技术,保护了边坡的整体稳定性并保证了坡面的平整度.

Abstract:The application of controlled blasting technology in road cutting under complicated environment in one Railway is introduced. The blasting parameters to combine the theory with the engineering are decided. Through choosing the reasonable directions of minimal burden and tamping length to control the flying stone. Seeking reasonable loading explosive method and using hole-by-hole blasting technology in complicated environment to reduce the blasting vibration, using pre-splitting blasting technology to protect the integer stability and smoothness of the slope.
