摘    要:针对自行火炮多次射击后抽气装置大多出现烧蚀与腐蚀的情况,在抽气装置工作原理基础上,建立了抽气装置工作过程数值模型;对某炮充气系统,通过编程计算分别给出了抽气装置内气体压力与温度的变化曲线.分析了抽气装置烧蚀腐蚀机理,结果表明,抽气装置是在高温高压环境内工作的.提出了抽气装置改进措施,实践证明,抽气装置磷化、耐高温漆复合工艺处理措施可有效解决烧蚀、腐蚀问题.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of ablation and erode of evacuator after more times firing of mechanized gun, the working process model of evacuator was built based on working principle. For the inflating system of certain gun, the pressure and temperature of powder gas were given by programming. The ablation and erode principles were analyzed. The results show that the evacuator works under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure. The improving measure was put forward. The practice indicates that the method of phosphor treatment and lacquer of resisting high temperature can resolve the problems of ablation and erode effectively.
