化学结构对硫磷钼型极压添加剂性能的影响

摘    要:报道了烷基碳原子数和钼的化合价对硫磷钼型极压添加剂(简称极压剂)的极压抗磨性能的影响。结果表明,烷基的碳原子数在4~8之间时,钼化合物有很好的抗磨作用;含支链的小烷基钼化合物承载能力大;含六价钼的化合物比含五价和四价钼化合物的承载能力大。

Abstract:The effect of alkyl carbon numbers and the valence of Mo on the performance of extreme pressure additive was investigated. It was shown that the compound with 4 to 8 carbons in alkyls exhibited superior antiwear property. The compound with lower branched alkyls and Mo 6 showed the highest load carrying ability.
