| 摘 要： | 镇海炼油化工股份有限公司炼油厂为消除污水处理场超负荷运行“瓶颈”，从控制污染源及对高浓度污水进行预处理着手，采用减少污水处理场进水污染负荷及提高污水处理能力两个方面的措施，使排放污水合格及万元产值的ＣＯＤ排量达标。
