新型破乳器的研制

摘    要:应用静电场和离心力场协同作用原理的自制新型破乳器对水/煤油(柴油)、Span80乳状液进行了破乳研究,结果表明,这种新型破乳器的效率比单独使用静电场或离心力场的破乳效果要高,很有工业应用前景。

Abstract:Demulsification study on a water/kerosene (or diesel oil) emulsion Span80 with a novel emulsion breaker based on the principle of synergistic action of electrostatic and centrifugal force fields. The experimental results showed that the demulsifying effect of the said emulsion breaker was higher than that of either electrostatic field or centrifugal force field alone. It opened up prospects for commercial application.
