介绍了单炼沙特阿拉伯轻质含硫原油时相应的一、二次加工装置的生产方案，物料平衡、产品质量及存在的问题。常减压蒸馏装置和固定床重整装置适应难度不大；加氢裂化装置主要是反应器温升大、氢耗大，不可能满负荷运行；焦化装置必须解决高硫焦的出路和相应产品的精制能力。单炼该油，则总流程还有个系统的硫平衡即硫磺回收装置实际能力的配套问题，如果硫磺回收能力偏小，酸性气和含硫污水就将过剩。

TRIAL PROCESSING OF SAUDI ARABIAN LIGHT CRUDE

The processing scheme, material balance and product qualities of the primary and secondary processing units for completely refining the Saudi Arabian sour crude are introduced. It seems no difficulties for the distillation unit and fixed bed catalytic reforming unit to process a high sulfur crude such as the Saudi Arabian crude. The hydrocracking unit can not be operated at full capacity because of its high reaction heat release and hydrogen consumption. The usage of the high sulfur coke and the coker product purifying ability had to be solved before the coker can process the high sulfur feedstocks. The whole refinery sulfur balance and the compatibility of the sulfur recovery in the flow scheme should be considered, otherwise the sour gas and sour water will be overloaded.
