摘    要:根据拟平衡常数的概念,用H2S(或CO2)-MDEA-H2O体系的试验数据回归得出单一体系的平衡常数,由此推导出H2S-CO2-MDEA-H2O体系的平衡溶解度数学模型,并根据计算结果对影响MDEA吸收的各种因素进行分析。该模型考虑了胺液浓度对拟平衡常数的影响,其应用范围较广,精度较好

Abstract:The mathematical model of equilibrium solubility of H 2S and CO 2 in H 2S CO 2 MDEA H 2O system was derived from the equilibrium constants, which were obtained by regressing solubility data of H 2S MDEA H 2O system and CO 2 MDEA H 2S system. The average relative error of the predicted equilibrium solubility of H 2S and CO 2 are 7.82% and 7.06% respectively. The factors affecting MDEA absorption are discussed based on the results of model calculation. The data calculated from the model are closer to experiment results, and the model in valid in wide range (temperature, anine concentration).
