| Abstract: | Application of a dechlorination agent is one of the most effective measures to solve the problems of chlorine corrosion for secondary processing units in refinery. A series of problems in commercial application of the dechlorination agent were investigated and analyzed, especially the causes of autoiginition of the dechlorination agent were analyzed and the preventive measures were proposed. |
