摘    要:研究单床三步骤变压吸附空气分离过程,建立相应的改进混合池模型。在模型中轴向压降由Ergun公式描述,同时考虑轴向返混和吸附剂粒内扩散对传质的影响,并用Langmuir吸附等温线表述吸附平衡关系,模拟结果与试验结果符合较好

Abstract:A single bed three step air separation by PSA was studied and an improved mixing cell model was established. In this model, the mass transfer was governed by diffusion; the effect of axial pressure gradient was illustrated by Ergun's equation; the effects of axial back mixing and the inner diffusion of adsorbent particles on mass transfer were considered; and the adsorption equilibrium relation was described with Lanmuir adsorption isothermal line. The simulation result was consistent with the experimental data.
