摘    要:介绍TOFD检测的原理、缺陷性质判定和缺陷自身高度测定,通过理论和实际分析了TOFD检测技术的优点和局限性,阐述了TOFD检测技术在压力容器定期检验中的应用前景。

Abstract:The principle, the discrimination of defects qualification and measurment of welding defect height of TOFD ( Time of Flight Diffraction) are described, excellence and localization in discrimination of defect qualification and measurement of welding defect height were compared about TOFD technique and pulser echo ultrasonic testing. Application foreground of TOFD technigue is expounded in pressure vessels periodical inspection.
